Sgt. Major David "Bud" Beamish

Born: July 10th 1924

At Rest: June 22nd 2004

Bud was an integral member of our chapter, though bud was not a large man, he had a big heart and an even bigger voice.  He always let you know he was there.  His humor and candor will be sorely missed by all.  Rest In Peace.

If you go to our Guest book page and post a comment in Bud's Memory I will post it on this page.

Sgt. Major, When God knew he had to have someone to keep heaven in line, he called on the best. I am a better person for having known you in this life. Until we meet again.  (Posted June 23rd 2004 15:18:43)

Brother John, In the twenty some years I have known you, never did I hear you utter an unkind word or see your temper flare. Your subtle humor and gentle manor will surely be missed, but will stand as the legacy that will keep You forever in Our Hearts and in our minds. Rest in Peace my Brother! Until the Day We Can Ride With Pride together again

Bobs early departure from our midst will leave a great void in all of our lives,  he will live on in our memories forever.  Thanks For the Memories of all the good times we shared together.

To All My Friends at IL XI,

Please accept my humblest condolences on the loss of Bob.  I had a nice little visit with him at Dayton two weeks ago and have always looked to him as a mentor on how to have a good time at life. Your loss is ALL of ours, too.
